
Normally I would have stayed indoors today. But without Zwift, and without having downloaded the latest update for MyWhoosh, I had the choice of either staying inside and waiting for the download to finish / the program to install etc, or just go out.
And get wet.
Yes, the rain is back.
So off out I went in full winter kit, including over shoes for the love of God. It’s June!
Sweating was, therefore, the order of the day. Typically, it rained as I set off, and then never rained after that. So I was out in my full kit and it got hot, but still wet on the ground. Overall, a bit of a disaster.

On the plus side I got in about an hour. I didn’t go hard, and my pace wasn’t great, but I got myself out there and did some cycling.
