Bit of a let down today. Nice enough weather to head outdoors but once out I felt tired and lethargic. I put it down to sprinting having killed me yesterday.
Overall today I only managed about 20km in 50 minutes which is pretty shocking going. However, I did go out with the intention of doing a more recovery / lighter focused session. Truthfully I should have stayed indoors and done an FTP Builder on Zwift, or better yet, just had a rest day.
One thing that’s bothering me today is my right wrist is very sore. This has to be down to doing press ups every day, and fortunately is only hurting when doing press ups or putting a lot of weight on the joint. Even so, it sucks.
But yeah, just meh. Meh all day.
Hopefully tomorrow will bring better results.
