This was identical in route to yesterday, but in the opposite direction. For this one I went for a more tempo pace, and sweated my backside off in the heat. Lovely weather, but no wind meant this one was a very sweaty affair. Nothing that exciting happened. Which I guess is a good thing?
This was the first time I got back into doing a solid ~20 minute effort after 2 week’s off the bike. At least I think it was, because I’m writing this about a week later. I have been lazy with my updates lately, because of time commitments and lack of desire. Overall, a challenging ride.
