I’m wiped today. Short update.
Did my ride earlier in the day, and thank goodness I did as by lunch time I was flat. Perhaps the ride didn’t help in that regard.
I felt tired on Sunday after my walk. It’s a long while since I’ve had tight legs from a ~2 hour walk, but that was the case on Sunday.

Maybe it’s a bad night’s sleep. I don’t think I’ve slept properly since my crash, though I would say I’m about 90%+ better at this point.
Overall… can’t complain really. A steady effort with an attempt at a 5 minute bump at the end (managed about 3 minutes at ~230w), and then 5 minutes after that at around 190w.
After that, I was cooked.
Still am. Lights out early tonight.
