Thirty Short Fast Minutes

I think the trick right now is to do something.

Whilst 30 minutes on the bike is not going to do that much, it’s still better than 30 minutes sat in front of the TV.

That’s the mindset I went in to this ride with.

And truthfully I think that’s where I’m going to be for a while.

I’d really like to do more, but generally my motivation is in the toilet right now. It’s nothing to do with the bike, but if I spend >30 minutes on at lunch, well that means I’m working longer on the job. And frankly, that doesn’t really make me feel great.

So it is what it is right now.
