Aiming to stay off the busy rush hour roads I decided tonight that I’d stick to the cycle paths, mostly the Guild Wheel as that’s about the only decent one around here.
What that meant was a lot of stop / start, as it’s full of those little wooden blockades that are all right angles and a pain to navigate. I’m sure they have a name, but it currently eludes me.
But really there’s not a lot to report tonight. It wasn’t a great ride. If anything I feel a little more frustrated from the route choice than had I not gone out at all.
I am glad tomorrow’s Friday, I know that. Mentally I’m very worn out this week.
I think I’ll call it there.
