Another day, another bunch of junk food followed by an hour in the gym. Well in fairness, the food is great but it’s rich. Definitely not good for you. Or me.
I’m not sure how that bike works. I’ve found out it’s a Lifebike but haven’t looked for the English instructions as of yet. I’m fairly confident however that I’ve found the way the levels work is somewhat similar to FTP metrics.
For this ride I did a long warm up of approx 10 minutes, including a lower cadence (75rpm) interval at a higher level. This is somewhat similar to the warm up I’ve found during the Zwift academy rides.
I unfortunately mucked up yet again. Setting the timer for 30 minutes rather than 60 meant I ended up doing two separate workouts effectively, rather than one longer effort. I think in total I did approx 600 calories. Again not sure how much I trust the bike on this one.
The hardest thing I did was ride for 10 minutes at what I’m guessing was 194w. This is approx my FTP and it truly felt like an FTP interval. The sweat was real.
Hopefully tomorrow I will get a full session. In without messing up the settings.
