Nice and easy today. Normally I find these long sessions at a steady tempo to be boring, but after the past two rides have been fairly intensive, I was happy enough to roll with the laid back pace today. Well, that and I made sure I had some YouTube videos lined up to keep me busy.
Having had a fairly frustrating morning, I was keen to get on the bike today. Perhaps a more intensive session would have been more therapeutic, but if I’d had the option I would definitely have preferred to go outdoors. Unfortunately the weather is wet out, and not looking like it’s going to change any time soon.
Happy to report the cleat setup on my shoes is feeling good now. It’s a bit of a slow news day for me today, so I’m going to wrap this up quickly.
The one other thing that is bike related that has amused me this week is that for the past few days I’ve been looking all over the house for my second pair of Mavic bib tights. Well, it finally dawned on me late last night… the reason I cannot find them is… I never bought them! Silly, silly me. Perhaps I should order another pair. There’s always something I want or need for the bike. It’s a very expensive hobby!
