Not a huge amount to say today. The aim was to hit 30km on the Garmin (not Zwift), which is the total I have been aiming for outdoors on my Sunday rides.
Beyond that, it was another base builder, with the aim to put the week to bed and move on.
I will do my usual weekly review tomorrow. Not down on this one or anything, but not the week I had in mind. Actually pretty pleased with myself for recognising potential problems early on and not going silly and powering through.

The hard part with rides like this is having the patience and determination to do what is in essence a very boring ride. I would have gone outdoors this morning, but it was soaking wet and very windy. The wind never died down, but the promised further rain never came. Perhaps had I left it later in the day, I could have done an outdoor stint.
Anyway, no regrets. Time on the bike, however uninteresting, is by-and-large better than time spent elsewhere.
Onwards, to the new week.
