Just a short update today.
I went on the bike feeling like I was going to suffer – but not in the sense of pushing myself into some new highs. Rather my legs felt so tight. I was expecting it to be a long and tough session, even at recovery pace.
However that simply wasn’t the case.

I felt fine almost immediately, and by the time the warm up was done I was more than ready to knock out a good hour on the bike.

Of course it helps these are very easy sessions. But now I am ready for something a bit more challenging. I’m going to bump it up to a nice tempo session tomorrow, getting in another good hour all being well.
For today though, just glad to be feeling something like normal once more.
