Getting fit through indoor cycling
Feeling down today. This one’s going to be super short as I’m in no mood to be doing much, especially not sitting at the PC. I felt alright this morning. I worked through the SST session then went out to Manchester for my lunch. After this I’ve dipped massively. Bad times.
